Dr. Raphael Stuhlmeier

I am researcher in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, with interests in ocean surface waves. I previously worked at the University of Plymouth and completed a PhD in mathematics at the University of Vienna in 2014.
